Introduction and Agreement to Terms
Welcome to The Order of the Dragon (“OOTD”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, located at drachens.org, and any content, features, or services offered by us (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
User Eligibility and Conduct
Use of our Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

While we acknowledge the historical and public domain status of the name "Order of the Dragon" and its associated historical symbols, the specific creative works, branding, and content produced by our organization are proprietary.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or our original content without express written permission from us.
Membership and Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to apply for membership and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse your membership or account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or the internal rules and regulations of The Order of the Dragon.

I. Changes to Service - We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that OOTD will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
II. Payments - If our Service requires payment for any fees (such as membership dues or donations), you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
I. Disclaimer of Warranties - The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. OOTD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Order of the Dragon, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Order of the Dragon and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cowansville, Québec, rather than in court.
General Provisions
I. Entire Agreement - These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Order of the Dragon regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
II. Servability - If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
